Rules and Regulations

1. The American Shorttrack Racing Expo will be held at the Holiday Inn on Palo Verde, January 6th(set-up), 7th, and 8th, 2011 in Tucson Arizona. The American Shorttrack Racing Expo, also known as the ASR Expo Shorttrack Technologies is owned and operated by the American Shorttrack Expo LLC, manager being Hal Burns.
1-A. All Shorttrack Racing product Lines promoted, displayed, or sold must be Made in the USA! If a Shorttrack vendor participating in the ASR Expo has product line made outside of the USA they may still participate but may not display, promote, or sell said product line at the ASR Expo! Violations to this rule may consuetude termination of the said vendor from the ASR Expo, and with no refund of fee's!
2. ASR Expo management has final approval on all Expo exhibitors and attendees with or without cause, based on the effect on the Expo. The American Shorttrack Racing Expo Registration Form will be considered a legal and binding contract between Exhibitor and the American Shorttrack Expo LLC, either by mail or E-mail from website.
3. Exhibit space rental payment should be paid in full by December 24th, 2009, all cancellations should be made by December 28th, 2009 for full refund! Any cancellation after said date, ASR Expo management will retain 100% of down payment. A 50% deposit is required at contract signing date or space booking date!
4. Payment can be made by check or credit card, by US Funds only. Contract starts on the day when either the registration form with payment is received by mail or the website registration form is received with payment.
5. Space location will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Expo management reserves the right to arrange spaces for the best interest of the expo and safety of all participants!
6. Peninsula Exhibits must be at least a 16’x 20’ space and fully approved by management. No exhibitor will knowingly obstruct the view of, or hide other exhibitors.
7. Two story exhibits must be in compliance with all building codes with drawings, maximum number of people per structure and signs will be required. Expo management has final approval on all Expo structures. No Helium balloons allowed!
8. Exhibitor conduct will be the sole responsibility of the contracted exhibitor, and any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the ASR Expo at said exhibitors expense! No refund on rental space cost will be given!
9. All exhibitors are required to have staff and be open during ASR Expo hours. Exhibitors will be required to move-in or move-out at posted designated times!
10. All exhibitors will be required to have at least General Public Liability Insurance, with a limit of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage naming Desert Diamond Casino, and American Shorttrack Expo LLC and management as an additional insured.
11. As an a exhibitor or as a attendee, I hold harmless of any claims, demands, damages, and liabilities from any accident, fire, injury, or even death of said exhibitor, attendee, employee, and invitee, not excluding loss of property or exhibitor inventory or materials.
12. Should the ASR Expo management not be able to execute said Expo due to cause beyond it’s control such as an act of God, act of an enemy, act of terrorism, government restriction, strike, or civil disobedience, a refund will be paid to exhibitor of full amount less shared proportionate management expense.
13. All rules and regulations must be followed, any interpretation of the rules and regulations are at the ASR Expo management discretion and final word!

14. The signature on this form must be the same as on the registration form, and will be considered the exhibitor, attendee either by mail or by E-mail, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and regulations of the ASR Expo managed by the American Shorttrack Expo LLC.
